What information your resource usage metrics provide
The "Usage Metrics And Limits" page give you information about your current service plan and actual information about the used by you resources.
There are three metrics that differs depending on your current service plan. The first number above the progress bar shows the metric current
value and the second number (after the slash) show the limit value.
1. Total form count - This metric includes all active and disabled forms that you have. If you have some deleted forms, which are available by
selecting the "Deleted Forms" system folder, those will not be included in this metric. If you reach the limit for this metric, you will need
to delete forms, or to upgrade your account.
2. Number of submissions per month - This metric shows the current value of submissions for all of your forms for the current monthly cycle. At
the end of each monthly cycle, this counter is reset to 0. When you purchase a subscription for a paid plan, the monthly cycle will start from
the date of purchase no matter what the date of the cycle for the Free plan has been. If you reach the limit for this metric, you will need
to delete submissions, or to upgrade your account.
3. Total File Storage Space - This metric shows the total size of all uploaded files linked to your account and forms. It includes all files uploaded
by users or by you through your forms as well as all uploaded files through the UI of the Form Designer during form creation. If you reach the
limit for this metric, you will need to delete files, or upgrade your account.
